As an early contributor, you'll help shape both the product and the engineering foundations that future versions of Ventry will be built upon.

As part of the engineering team, you'll contribute across multiple areas of the platform.

• Scalable backend services

• Intelligent APIs

• AI-powered platform features

• Authentication & security

• Investment platform logic

• Frontend implementation where needed

• Performance optimization

• Internal engineering systems

Working at Ventry

This is a fully remote contributor position.

Rather than fixed working hours, we organize work around outcomes.

You'll work closely with the rest of the engineering team through:

• Weekly priorities

• Development meetings

• Technical discussions

• Documentation

• Async collaboration

Compensation

This is currently an equity-based founding contributor position.

Successful candidates will receive equity in Ventry through a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) agreement.
